Örebro, located right in the middle of Sweden, is Saturday night the center of Europe ! Yes it is… You wonder why it’s all about Örebro ?!… The Melodifestivalen trucks stop there this week for the fourth heat of THE national selection. And it’s gonna be THE heat !
Måns and Johan are already there…
Måns Zelmerlöw you know him… Since 2007, when we saw for the very first time, this little movement he makes with his knees while dancing. With the song Cara Mia he ended third of Melodifestivalen’s final that year. In 2009 he’s back to compete with Hope & Glory. A sublime (yes I dare say) act ! 4th… Totally unfair… Finally in 2010, we spent 6 nights with him, when he hosted Melodifestivalen.

In 2008, Midnight Boy was still called Johan Krafman. He won that year, the Mix Megapol contest and signed a contract with Universal, which will allow him to get out two singles : Disarmed and Chain Reaction.
The project Midnight Boy was born in 2012, but we just discovered the single Roll With It in April 2013. First glimpse of a sexy electro-pop with glowing 80’s accents.

The following fall, he proves he’s neither shy nor nesh. Sequence shot strip teas in the streets of Stockholm, for the video of When You’re Strange. Again a captivating sound, always this hot and gravelly voice. We want more and Christer Björkman grants us, next Saturday he’ll be on the stage of Melodifestivalen with the song Don’t Say No.
He’s obviously not a favorite to win the final on May 14, but once they’ll have watched the excerpt of his rehearsals below, no doubt he’ll become the one of a few eurofans…
