While schalger no longer has the favor of the Swedish selection, Magnus brilliantly reminds us, as Alcazar last year, that it still has an audience. Girls with hair in the wind, choreographies with knees swinging, and soppy catchy songs. Besides, he was wearing that beautiful and stylish pants… Bravo Magnus !
But this second semi also offered us a memorable, theatrical, Lorren-way falsely “arty” performance. Mariette signed it. Masterful staging, but a song which in its studio version, is not that amazing – its rhythm breaks don’t really work without the visual to support them.
Farouk’s favorite Linus joins the top three of this evening. Thanks to several drums and pyro effects, he delivers a strong performance. But despite his props, tatoos and piercings, it remains very clean. We are very far from Bröder, but it’s still very pleasant.
The remaining 4 contestants of this heat will be quickly forgotten … The youngsters Samir and Viktor win their place to Andra Chansen with Groupie, while the veterans Marie Bergman and Sanne Salomonsen end last.
