My opinion is that the junior is less festive it used to be. Where are Maria Isabel (Spain 2004), Bzikebi (Georgia 2008) or Candy (Georgia 2011) ? I enjoyed Nebo (Ukraine 2012) and I understand the victories of The Start (Malta 2013) or You primo grande amore. But these last three winners of the junior aren’t party songs at all…
